#1 - Join the PTA
Just by joining the PTA, your membership fees will support the programs that the PTA runs throughout the year including:

#2 – Join us for Volunteer Thursdays
If you’d like to get more involved, join us at 8:45 every Thursday morning to get to know other parents in an informal setting while supporting our classroom teachers! Together, we will:
• Stuff Thursday folders with all of the important information that needs to go home for the week.
• Cut, staple, and prepare classroom materials and/or homework packets.
• Prepare for upcoming PTA events.
• Conspire about how we can help make Riverhills the best elementary school in Hillsborough County!
It’s a great way to get to know what the PTA is doing and how you can help! Drop in any week or every week.
#3 – Attend PTA Board Meetings
The PTA board meets monthly at the school to go over our budget, programs, fundraisers and upcoming events. It’s the nitty gritty business of the PTA and everyone is welcome. Check the calendar for dates/times.
#4 - Join a Committee
We are always looking for folks who would like to help us plan and prepare for Grandparent's Breakfast, Fall Festival, Sweetheart Dance, Mom & Me BINGO, Hospitality, Wildcat Pride, and Business Partners. If you are interested in any of these, get in touch! We would love to have you on the committee!
